Sign K-pop Talent Development Partnership
On September 8, 2026, JOY DANCE Japan (Joy Japan Academy · JOY DANCE Tokyo & Osaka) signed a K-pop talent development partnership with KBS Japan, Japan's leading Korean-wave broadcast and media platform. Training at the Tokyo and Osaka campuses now connects to KBS World audition, survival and performance content.
JOY DANCE Japan is the directly operated Japanese campus of JOY DANCE Music Academy, founded in Gwangju, Korea in 2003. It runs K-pop audition training in Daikanyama, Tokyo and Shinsaibashi, Osaka. The partnership links KBS Japan's broadcast and media infrastructure with JOY DANCE's training system so that trainees in Japan take part in audition programs, performance content and event stages.

A joint online/offline education model combining KBS Japan's brand with JOY DANCE's training expertise.
Talent exchange & advisory
Korea–Japan talent exchange, media-trend sharing and mutual advisory on a regular basis.

For trainees preparing K-pop auditions in Japan
Audition-standard training
Training does not stop at learning steps. Choreography that turns one song into a finished stage, camera eye-line and self-introduction are coached by agency judging standards.
Dance and vocal in one program
Agency auditions judge dance and vocals together. The Tokyo and Osaka campuses run dance school and vocal school courses in one system.
On-campus agency auditions
Open auditions judged by agencies on site, such as Mnet's "GIRLS PLANET 2" × WAKE ONE Tokyo audition, are held regularly.
