Audition Directing Class
JOYDANCE Audition Directing Class is an audition specialist class taught by an active performance director. In idol auditions, a strategy to show yourself effectively in a short time matters more than simply being skilled.
Unlike conventional dance classes that only cover choreography, the class runs as a detail-oriented, directing-focused lesson tailored to each student's individuality and strengths. From song selection and performance structure to expression points and stage attitude, everything is organized to real evaluation standards.
The class follows the same flow as the monthly evaluation system used at current entertainment agencies, Through directing-class evaluations, it connects to group dance performances and promotional shoots. Through this, students prepare for auditions in the way that best shows their appeal.

A joint audition is a hands-on system in which judges from multiple agencies take part at the same time to evaluate students' performances — a real audition system. In a single audition, students can be evaluated by multiple agencies and experience varied opportunities based on each agency's criteria.
Considering students' preparation process and audition fatigue, the JOYDANCE joint audition is held regularly once every three months. Through repeated audition experience, students can check their skills and sharpen their real-world instincts.
